The Fraser River flows through the valley and Fraser is surrounded by Arapahoe National Forest. Granby Colorado is located in the center of Grand County. At 7800 elevation Granby has traditionally been a ranching community. Now with new developments like Granby Ranch and Grand Elk Granby is a great year round tourist destination.
